This is the ultimate edition of Sons of Liberty. As the title says, it is a shareholder version, that is a version exclusively reserved to a certain number of Konami shareholders. It is and has always been a very rare edition. The front cover is all simply amazing, I love this artwork of Snake, besides, red is Snake's color...

"Corporate Bond Package" is the name given to this edition in The Document of MGS2. However, I do consider this item as the MGS2 shareholder version, no more no less. I think the name used in The Document of MGS2 rather refers to the whole package that was sent to shareholders, which includes an official Konami magazine and a message card in addition to the game. I hope one day I will be able to get my hands on the full package.
