I do not have precise information regarding these goodies, but as long as I remember, they were only given to the first people who purchased the game in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, I do believe they were only in specific stores.

Note: Should you have the metal tin (in excellent condition) or the playing cards set (sealed) for sale, I may be interested as I really like those promotional goodies.
