A cool goodie pack given out to press at the Metal Gear Solid 3's Launch Party. It was released in 2005, and according to the book's content written both in English and German, I would say it was released in Germany. Besides I bought this promotional set from a German seller. The MGS3 "Survive" book is quite nice, it looks like a big notepad with a thick metal cover, and all pages are made of thick cardboard. Furthermore, that's quite original for a book yet it comes in a clear carded bag. Aside from the pair of dog-tags and the piece of the Berlin Wall, the other items are rather classic.
